A esta fecha, martes 12 de diciembre del 2006, a las 5 y media de la tarde, Hugo Chàvez, Presidente Reelecto de Venezuela, lidera (y con gran ventaja) la puntuación para la Nominación a "Hombre del Año 2006", patrocinado por la Revista TIME.
